This pizza looks excellent. I never was able to work the dough by myself, so I would always order pizza out, or make a french bread pizza with other fresh ingredients. You must be an excellent cook to be able to make your own pizza dough from scratch.?

Hi In the beginning when you put flour, yeast, salt, olive oil and water together. How hot is the water when you say hot water? I heard water temperature is critical to yeast.? Do you need thermometer to check the water temperature? Thank you.

It’s really not that big a deal. It works better with hot water, It will probably still work with cold water. If you want an exact temperature I’d say 90-100FI suggest using hot water from the tap. Stick your finger in the water. If it hurts let it? sit a little while. If it feels comfortable to you, the yeast will probably like it too.Happy baking.
