When it arrived, this pan was even cheaper looking than its price. It cost almost as much to ship it to me as the price of the pan itself. Because it would have cost me another $8 to ship it back to get a refund, I gave it away. I definitely felt ripped off!

This is definitely a winner for all home pizza bakers!! Aside from buying the restaurant-grade pizza pans, which are constantly used, this is by far, the next best grade of pizza pan available to home bakers!
Made of smooth, heavy gauge aluminum, it will distribute heat evenly throughout the surface space, and the rolled edges will help to keep that crust right in the pan. I really think that you will find this a most easy pizza pan to work with, serve, and clean up. And unless you want a really filled pizza, I found them deep enough for the average deep-dish pizza as well.
At the same time, the amazing delivery time of these pans was a real extra boost in my appreciation of the company and it’s product. Within 6 days, I had the pans, which is pretty darn good for mail order companies.
And in agreement with another reviewer, I would highly recommend “The Great Chicago-Style Pizza Cookbook” by Pasquale Bruno, Jr. Though I have many Italian cookbooks with pizza recipes, nothing can beat the recipes in this ode to Chicago and our pizza!! (Sorry New York!)
Buon Appetito!!
